As part of the SAP Implementation Project Team, while working for HP, designed, developed and implemented various solutions for HR shared services organization of Saudia – serving its different Strategic Business Units.

HR Line of Business

from inception to maturity


The Freight Services Business uses SAP ERP to manage its HR operations. During the Solution Implementation, I worked with the HR SME from the Cargo SBU to build and deliver the SAP Solution. Later, as part of the SAP CoE - a Central Organizational Unit within Saudia IT Division, I also provided SAP Technical Support to its HR.


The Aircraft Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) services are handled by SAEI (Saudia Aerospace Engineering Industries). The organization uses SAP ERP, AMOS, and other IT systems to operate its business operations. I supported SAEI, then-TSV, during SAP HR Implementation and its integration with AMOS.


The Prince Sultan Aviation Academy is a flying school of Saudi Airlines and in addition to using SAP HCM for its HR administration, it uses LSO (Learning Solution) to maintain its training activities. I supported the organization, to develop an evaluation system for its training through SAP OSA Solutions.


The GHS, or Ground Handling Services, is a Strategic Business Unit of Saudi Airlines which handles the baggage and other airport services. It uses SAP ERP, among other solutions, to manage its HR operations such as Employee Administration and Payroll. I helped the SBU with using SAP HR.


The food services company was earlier part of the Saudi Airlines and as such implemented SAP Solutions to manage its HR and other business processes. I supported the organization with implementing and using SAP HR Solutions, during Solution Implementation and later at Support Roles.


As an internal healthcare provider, Saudia Medical Services take cares of the airlines' employees. It is using SAP ERP Solutions to manage its HR for quite a few years now. I helped the organization with implementing and supporting competencies management and appraisal solution for its medical staff.

Real Estate

The investment and property business was established to maintain Airlines Real Estate needs. To align its processes with the other SBUs and to benefit from a centralized system, the SAP Solution was rolled-out, while implementing SAP Real Estate Industry Solution. I served the organization as an SAP HR Rollout Project Manager.
